Kouvola’s Digibusiness centre of expertise is responsible for the multilingual communication and content management of the Digibusiness cluster, as well as for the cluster’s cooperation with Russia and China.
The multilingual communication and content management expertise sector – the interaction industry – is formed from a combination of language and cultural competencies, multichannel communication skills and modern information technology. It facilitates the improvement of the interactive skills which Finland’s industry, commerce and public administration require in the globalised operating environment.
