Since 1999, Lapland Centre for Expertise for the Experience Industry (LEO) is the leading experience management expert in Finland. As the co-ordinator of the national Tourism and Experience Management Cluster Programme, we provide an easy gateway to Finnish innovations in the field.

Our services, delivered through 32 certified Experience Experts in Finland, Norway and Estonia, help companies to analyze, design and develop meaningful experiences. In addition, our product portfolio includes courses in internet-marketing. We believe that understanding the business logic behind the experience economy brings a significant competitive edge.

In addition to the tourism industry, we possess strong expertise in the content industry, and especially in combining the two industries.
