In Intelligent Machines Cluster Programme, the Centre of Expertise for Intelligent Systems is specialized in developing agro-technology companies (agriculture, forestry and food engineering industries) as well as in the promotion of user-oriented innovation.
The Centre of Expertise provides agro-technology companies with customized services for the development and internationalization of their products and business operations. Furthermore, the Centre of Expertise implements training programmes, market reports and measures of internationalization based on the industry's needs. Methods of user-oriented innovation are developed to support, in particular, the R&D activities of companies. The development work is done in international cooperation, among others within the European Network of Living Labs.
