Tourism and Experience Management

The Southwest Finland Centre of Expertise coordinates and manages the development of Experience Labs. This is accomplished with the aim of revitalising e-business, experience management and service design in the sector. Through lab-processed experimental cases, know-how and user information can be transferred to companies and networks. Information transfer is facilitated by the direct structural links between the centre of expertise, through Turku Touring, to the tourism industry and related businesses. The centre of expertise also works to develop cultural tourism at regional, national and international level in line with the cluster programme.
