Competence Clusters

The Centre of Expertise Programme is carried out by 13 Competence Clusters and 21 centres of Expertise. The Government appointed the competence clusters after two-phased competitive tendering. The selected competence clusters represent top expertise in their fields.

Each competence cluster has a strategic programme drawn up according to the needs and potential of the centres’ businesses belonging to the clusters of competence, and other innovation system actors.
