Secretariat

The Committee is assisted by the secretariat with experts representing the Ministery of Emplyment and the Economy, Ministry of Education and the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation (Tekes). There are two Secretaries General with the overall responsibility of the programme.

Secretariat prepares the annual basic funding proposals for the competence clusters and the centres of expertise, steers the evaluation work of the Centre of Expertise Programme and supports the implementation of the programme.
