The Ubiquitous Computing Cluster Programme in Finland is a part of the national Finnish Centre of Expertise Programme. The national objective of the Centre of Expertise Programme is to create a long-term strategy for the full utilisation of the top-level expertise in the regions. The Cluster Programmes and the Centres of Expertise are expected to offer better than ever means by which to create internationally competitive and attractive innovation environments with the other actors in the innovation system.
