The Ubiquitous Computing Cluster Programme in Finland
is part of the national Finnish Centre of Expertise Programme. The main national objective of the Centre of Expertise Programme is to create a long-term strategy for the full utilisation of the toplevel expertise present in the regions of Finland.
The vision of the Ubiquitous Computing Cluster is that by the end of the programme season in 2013, Finland will be the know-how leader in the development, commercialisation and capitalisation of embedded intelligence in human-centred, distributed, mobile and constructed environments.
