Operations model
To carry out its main assignment the cluster has created a branch-breaking operations model. The operations model requires wide national and international co-operation between different enterprises and organisations in main markets. This increases the need to assist networked business. The operations model consists of four operational entities which are as follows:
- Innovation Arenas
- Innovation Refinery
- Development and implementation environments
- Commercial development.
The operational entities affect different phases of the innovation process by streamlining the technology-inspired and the business-inspired sources.
